OK here is my idea if you want a new user name they you can change it and under your name in small print it would say formaly known as _______.
exp.
LAXER
formaly known as Laxkid234

The mods are busy enough, they don't need people constintly asking to change their user names,.

Thats a pretty good idea..I like it. Instead of formally known as you can put aka.

Wont happen, I can tell you right now. Look for the otehr threads on changing names; its obvious that the Admins dont want to.

Then who would the users? That would be great, we would have more names being changed thant the witness protection program. Someone could change thier name every time they got sick of one, that wouldn't be a good idea.

they could put a limit of how many times you could change it

I like this idea as well. My name doesn't exactly make sense, since I don't play lax for stamford youth anymore

Well...
I'm not an AttackMan, nor am I #17. (Anymore)
I just sort of grew to like the name.

(People should think about their names before registering!)

Same here, I now play for Ocean City, and not Mainland, infact they are rival schools. Nor do I have # 28. However, like AM17 said, I like it, and I still use it for other things like yahoo, and other registered things.

Also the FS/WTB forums good seller and bad sellers list would always have to be changed and a pain to update.

and if one person is always gettin in trouble then they change their name and one mods searching their old user nameit couldbe all confusing and same with what gigo said and we all get to know one perosn then they change their name i dont think so

PGlacrosse

it would say who they use to be underneath their name

And your point is what, you should have liked your username from the start. :agree:

And the countdown to Hooligan closing this thread begins now.

But my 2 pennies says that the only thing we should be able to edit is capitalization. I wanna be LoNgPoLe5435. Actually, not at all.

Your name should make sense to anyone who's ever taken any type of history class. Czech (Czech Republic, I'm assuming) inthepipes (plays goalie).

this has been discussed many times, and at this time, we are not changing member names. If the admin and mod staff change this policy, you will be notified
