I am a really good endrunce runner but lack some of the footspeed or aglitey that other players have Does anyone have any suggestions for becoming quicker

use parachutes and ankle weights if u want. or for endurance and speed run for 2 mins jog 1 min until u think ur gonna die and do this a lot lol

ankle weights = bad for your knees

Do curb hops, side to side, front to back, back to front, etc. Also jump side to side over your helmet. There is also a couple of dot drills you can do if you have a piece of asphalt and some chalk.
