I gave it my best shot, but it wasn't enough to impress the coaches (Batley and Keast) to go to main camp.

I made the first cut, as seen in the group photo on the Shamrox website, but not the second one.

You already play with the best players avalible - why do you have to play in the best league avalible?

No disrespect to Saskatchewan lacrosse, but BC and Ontario as a whole play at a higher level than here. It only makes sense to play with and against players and/or teams that are better than where you are at to make yourself better.

id get it. y do the goalies get fatter and the goals smaller. no offense but like in indoor lacrosse the shooter has like 5 square inches of room to score. sorry if im disrespecting im just a stupid american who never played indoor

Different game.
In NLL, a goalie faces 50 to 80 shots per 60 minute game. Half of the shots are from within about 10 to 15 feet of the crease. A decent goalie will post a save percentage of about 75%, so you give up 10 to 20 goals per game.
The padding is needed for protection because goalies mostly make saves with their body, arms and legs, not their stick. The stick is typically only used to plug the five hole, and to reach up in desperation to recover from being faked out of position.
The goals are smaller to keep the scores sane. If field nets were used in 5-on-5 box with a 30 second shot clock, scores would be something stupid like 54-48 in a sixty minute game.
