I'm a decent lacrosse player, good shot, pretty quick, but I can't get passing down. Whenever I practice against a wall, I just get used to the spot and pass well. In a game my passes go straight into the ground. Its not the stick either. I snap my wrist and I have pretty good techinque. Any insight
Practice passing on the run to the wall, and pick a different spot every time.

I personally dont like the wall very much. It is a very good 'tool' to use for practicing when you dont have another person to practice with. But if you do have a person to practice with, just run around and pass the ball between one another, long and short passes. And even though you say that it's not this stick, you mith want to try loosening the shooters, make sure that there's not too much whip

its kind of like shooting you just pick a spot and aim for it and hit it as many times as you can , when wallballing you shouldnt just be standing there and throwing the ball and letting it comeback to you , you should be shuffling back and forth and keep your feet moving
