What is Wall Ball

Can someone give me a definition of wall ball? is it like a game or just throwing against the wall? cause yeah there was a camp a couple of years ago and casey powell mentioned something about it but didnt get the chance to show us wat it is i think

Yeah, you throw a ball against a wall and catch it.

ok i thought it was something complicated cause like i remember the powells talking about throwing the ball at each other or something like that

Ya you can play by yourself or with somebody it's just throwing the ball off the wall, mostly used for off hand improvement.

Another thing, some people let the ball bounce first, some catch it in the air. And with two people, up is fun. It gets more fun when your whole team is standing in front of a brick wall playing.
