idk about the odds of playing but to play pro you hafta play d1 lacrosse on a good team and be a standout player on that team so you gotta think about that. You haft go 2 a good school and b a good player at that school.

DI definitely isn't necessary.

the odds are poor. 54 D1 lax teams, that's just over 2000 D1 lax players, narrow that down to 6 pro outdoor teams at about 30 players per and 10 indoor teams at 24 per, that's 420 pro laxers (which is a high number cos a many of them play in both leagues)

i dont really follow the pro game, but you should count the number of draftees that actually make the team and play.

keep studying. its your best bet.

now for the bright side: i'm approaching 40 and still playing lax. you will be able to keep playing as long as you want. you cant do that with football or baseball (flag football? SOFT-ball?) so we wont be going pro, but we can keep playing

i doubt theres more than a dozen D3 guys in the outdoor league, in fact id be suprised if there's that many

yeah, but 2 got drafted this year, so there is a chance. and if you count timmy mcginnis, if he gets drafted, he's kind of a dIII player, because that's where he started.

right, but the odds of making it from D3 are so slim that they are negligable

again, i'm not an expert on the outdoor pro game, and know even less abou tthe indoor game
