I know winter is coming soon, its getting alot colder. What can I do when the snow falls to improve shooting and throwing etc. and overall lacrosse skilss. I'm in a winter league but it only is once a week?
any help

maybe go to your school's gym and throw off that wall. or get an orange /pink ball and bundle up and play out side

not if you playwallball in the snow and don't drop it.

We had winter leagues too. Go early and play in every game, not just your team games. No one really cares and it's more fun than field.

Snow lacrosse is awesome. You can make a snowgoalie to shoot on or a snowlaxer to have a one-sided pass with. That's what I'm doing this winter.

try to find somewhere inside to play like your school, or a racquetball place or make a wall that you could throw off of anything really

HOw do u make a wall that wont break or move when you throw a lacrosse ball. Has to be pretty big too rihgt????
