Greenday is awesome. Old to new music despite what people say about them selling out.... get over it good music is good music. American Idiot IMO is one of the best albums of all time. U2 yea well there just amazing.
Song was decent I more enjoyed seeing U2 and Green Day come together I wish more bands did this.

I didnt watch the video because I honestly just am not a Greenday OR a u2 person, but a lot of bands form supergroups for a few songs or an EP. My favorite example-a few artists from Alice in Chains, Mudhoney and Soundgarden combined to form the group Alice Mudgarden. IMO, best name ever, considering their backgrounds.

I think that the best two artists to come together linkin park jay-z, I have that alblum and luv it. But green day and u2 are two totally different types of music, good sepertaly bad together.

U2 = One of my most hated bands of all time, next to Phil Collins.
Both = Yeesh.

im pretty sure this is one of the signs of the apocalypse, now, i dont have a bible handy, but IIRC this is like #3 or something.
They may have also created a balck hole
Hopefully next time they'll join forces to build a time machine so I can travel back to when they didnt suck.

ok for one second lets forget about how bad everyone thinks u2 and green day are together, and focus on the real point of the production of this song/music video. Educate yourself a bit about it.

Green Day and an aging U2... oh, sorry, I just threw up a little in my mouth.
U2 totally rocked the 80's but there music is losing it. While the cause is nice, I'm sure a lot of it is quite commercially motivated.

What, like Nelly + Tim McGraw? We all know how that went. I'd rather not have something like that happen again.
I didn't think the song was particularly good...it could have been better. Seems like a song that was kind of thrown together at the last moment.
