Ok, so im taking AP spanish this year and its kicking my butt, so i've been trying to do some things to improve my spanish. Besides memorizing lists etc. (bleeh) ive been trying to find GOOD alternative rock music where they sing in spanish but its still legitimatly good music to help my comprhension/listening skills and also find some good music on the side.

I just started listening to The Mars Volta and they are amazing. Does anyone know of other bands along those lines that is legitimate alternative rock pero tambien cantan en espanol?

I think alot of people might be interested in this and i sure am.

Sublime - Chica Me Tipo

I actually like a lot Shakira's stuff that's in Spanish, but maybe that's just because I can't understand what she's saying.

Hard to explain, mix of rockish, rap, and country. They do both english and spanish songs, so you can actually listen to some of them. Get Street Signs, its their best album.
