I am a new player and I just bought a Warrior Warpath stick. I need some ideas and help on how to take care of it i.e. making a pocket, forming the head, and softening the mesh.

Since you're kinda new to the forums, I'll help ya out here. But, before making a thread like this, use the search bar for the topic in question.
-Making a pocket and softening the mesh go hand in hand. Since you bought a factory strung beginners stick (I'm assuming), the mesh is probably very, very hard. Run the mesh under warm water, and pound the mesh with a ball where you want the pocket to form. It's gonna take time, especially since it's a factory strung head. Also, playing catch against a wall helps break in the pocket along with improving your stick skills.
-You can't really "form a head". If by "forming the head" you mean breaking in the mesh, see my above explanation.
-Generally, to take care of your stick, don't leave it in a super hot or wet area, try to dry out your mesh after a rainy practice or game, and make sure you always have a screw attatching (sp?) your head to your shaft.

as said take your head put it under warm water, try not to get your head too wait (wont really matter but watever) then when u do that take a ball put it where u want your pocket to form then put a butter knife in between the back of the head and the mesh pushing pressure on the mesh which will form a pocket. if look above where u log out there is a search bar, also for a more advanced search go here http://www.lacrosseforums.com/search.php so just search for breaking in mesh, forming a pocket, where to form a pocket, taking care of a lacrosse stick, and anything else u need.
