A Bird tried to eat my lacrosse ball...

okay, so after school one day (This happend this week) I get my stick/gloves/helmet and walk to the Wall we built out of wood especially for lacrosse players to practice on-(Im the only one that ever goes there and since it is at the Middle school right next to the highschool there is usually no one around). I'm just warming up my right hand, then switched over to my left and did a couple throws. I miss one and it rolls like 20 feet out into the field. I start running to get it as it is still rolling. While I am running a giant a$$ Hawk or Falcon/ huge bird..(-I don't know alot about birds but I think it was a falcon) comes out of the nearby trees swoops toward the rolling lacrosse ball, and gets like 2 feet away from it (I come over and scare it away) and flys back into the forest.

yea...So the point of this story is some bird thought my lax ball was a mouse or something. :read: :DOH: :DOH:

It's the rare white doormouse! That's what me and my friends call balls anyway. But when me and my friend are walking on the golf course in the dark, we throw our lacrosse balls in the air and bats swoop down and attack them.

interesting story, ive had my lax balls run over by the rideable lawnmowers before but never had a bird try to eat one

a rabbit sniffed and bit one on me,a cat pawed it and my dog chewed one so there was only half left
