I have just discovered that there was a team, the Anaheim Storm who stopped playing in 06 and were going to start again in 07.
Does anyone have any news on this? or are they another team to go down in the history books and never be seen again?

They are done for the time being, and mostlikely for good.

i live near anaheim and i have not heard any rumors about a return.

Portland is the new Anaheim Storm... I doubt they would comeback so quickly after moving

wow i didnt kno that either, whats portlands team name. (i dont kno anything about the NLL)

its the portlan lumberjax, they were new last year, along with the edmonton RUSH
this year the new teams are New York Titans, and Chicago Shamrox

well TECHINCALLY, there is a franchise "anaheim storm" but MOST of the storm players are in portland know, the portland owner was going to BUY the Storm, but wanted a new franchise...
The owners of the storm, live in jersey and want to start the team up again, but they havent told anyone yet, where...
they have 3 places in mind thou, maybe in 08...

One small Q will they be kepping the team name and moving locations or are they completly changing the franchise?
That is ofcourse if they do decide to in 08.

from what i have heard, the just want to play again...
they might change the name, they are not sure...
they want a FRESH start, so they probably will change names.
