The latest installment for this junkie. I know it is overshadowed by the Gears of War release for 360, but this is gonna be the best SOCOM yet from the looks of it. Who's gonna get it, we should set up a TLF clan.

YES IM IN!!!!!!! Socom is the best game ever made. FTBII comes out next week too.

Definately getting it for christmas. Gives enough people time to get it and play online pluse I dont have to pay for it.
EDIT:
Does anyone know if the online four player co-op mode is the only online mode, cause that would suck. I like up to 32 players per room.

same SOCOM online modes. It will also use all the SOCOM3 maps, but you will need to download the map pack to make them available. I'd head to IGN, Gamespot ot Gamefaqs for more info.

Thats a preview, there is also a link to screenshots on there. Check out #5, looks like a new GL as an accessory. #10, 14 and 16 exhibit a new LMG, probably to replace the M60.

Gears of War, Call of Duty 3, and Tony Hawk's Project 8 are where it is at on November 7th. COD3 and Tony Hawk will be holiday gifts though do to lack of cash. I can't put off Gears of War though.

That new MG you see is the MG36, a variant of the HK 36 assault rifle. And that GL that you see is called a masterkey, which is a shotgun attached where the GL usually would be for door breaching.
edit: there is also the M79 which is what you could have been talking about, which is a standalone grenade launcher.
