ok, i have gladiator goalie gloves and they arent so great. during warmups at a tourney today, i got hit in the thumb (these are warmup shots mind you) and my thumb swelled up to twice its normal size. its not broken, but it still hurts like mad. so im looking into new gloves (the glads are falling apart anyways) and i tried on ipros at the stx booth. basically they are perfect, they feel great but i am wondering how the thumb protection is in goalie versions. any help from fellow goalies with these gloves would be most appreciated.

ya, also this should be in the goalie forum....but superstar goalies are the bes for pretection.....a guy is selling some, pm me if you want a link (for only 55 bucks mind you)

but i pros, i would have to say, proboly have the same, or a little less thumb protection then glads...
