Goalies!!! Worst slash you have ever done...

Wat is the worst slash you guys have ever done trying to defend the cage...In the Australian States Competition, this guy came around the cage and he was about to shoot so i skewered him right in the neck. :ahhno: I got him between the collar bone and jis adams apple. Man that guy didn;t play for the rest of the game. :beard: And he missed the shot... :worship:

mines not as big as that, but one game this guy was pissing me off, so when he came towards the net i just slashed him right in the gut. he didnt come anywhere near the net again :clap:

mine came in a league game, our last in-league opponent of the season, i went to slash at the guys stick and i missed the stick and my stick got caught between his legs and he went down pretty hard...not much of a slash story, but good.

my other good one was when i was crazy enought to come out on a ride and do a diving slash into the forearm of an attackman with the ball, and i got it (and a penalty).

Neither of these are slashes but 1 is a cross check and the other a shoulder!

In a box game, I had a guy from Fegus (Ontario) that kept shooting at my head. He also laughed after each shot. He also liked to cut through the crease after shooting.
He came towards me, started making moves and started to make an overhand shooting movement. He entered the crease and at that time I charged him and cross checked him right in the ribs and put him on the ground. I got a 2 and a 5 but it was well worth it. :beard:

Another time I had an opposing goalie throw a break out pass and the forward was running right in the center of the floor with his head looking back for the pass. While he was still running, he lifted up his right arm to try and catch the pass. I came charging out of my net and hit him with my shoulder, right in the rib cage, football style. They used smelling salts on him to bring him too. I did not see him for the rest of the game, after they scraped him off of the floor. :guns:

No one expects to play against a goalie that is also a defensive tackle in football.

one time there was a team that i played for and the D was bad so when this kid ran up the middle i came out and hit him in the neck so hard he could barely breath, i didnt get called though

the worst i have done is cross check a camping attackman in the face. he then packed up his tent and camped near the outside of the box.

I havent played goalie long enough to slash anyone.. When playing Defense last year, I think we did the "Debit or Credit" slash. It's about the gayest slash out there... you might know what it is.

broke a kids ribs on a long pass from mid-feild he jumped 2 so i nailed him before he got the ball. had to leave the game

well in one of my games i got a 2 mins unreleseable for intentanall stabbing, what happened was i stopped a shot and the ball went flying and two kids from the other team went for it and i ran behind the one going for the ball and like jumped on his back sorta and did a butt end check into his stomach/stick. it was pretty intense

so the team we were playing was scoring the past few plays but we were still ahead. and i jumped out of cage. i was being played 1 v 1 and the guy rolled off me but i rolled and caught him then did a full on wind up and slashed the guy on the helmet. so we played with no goalie for like a minute. oddly enough the team didnt score without a goalie. i jumped back in and we continued playing. haha that was a crazy game. we still won.

Haha I don't play goalie, but in one of our summer games when neither of our goalie's showed up, we put our roughest defenseman in the cage. Some kid had his head turned coming across the crease, and our goalie jumped out and flattened him. Like one of those hits you see in football where the receiver goes over the middle and the MLB pummels him. Kid was knocked out cold.

Of course, I got excited and said something to him, so he swung his stick at me and missed. The other team picked it up, and tried the same play, with him running around x, again. I didn't care if they scored or not because we were up so much and I wanted to make him even more mad, so I came down with a check on his wrists as he comes over GLE. He dropped the ball, and his stick. He picked it up and took a baseball swing at me. I dodged, he cussed me out then a ref gave him a one-minute unsportsmanlike. He eventually apologized in the 4th quarter and everything was cool.

playing our rivals easton and kid came around the crease, d man fell down and i really wasnt thinking so i tried to jump him. went over his head trying to ice pick the stick. kinda forgot to let go with the bottom hand haha and just yanked back right under his helmet. basically his body went parallel to the ground and he landed right on his head. ball went in, was pissed and i still had to serve the penalty. kid had a hard time getting up and didnt drive the rest of the game

The worst slash ive ever done was just my last game, when some kid came up to the cage, and it was their best player, so i thought he was gunna kill me with a, like, 90 mph shot, so i, naturally from playing baseball cleanup, jabbed him across the neck. I went to clamp a bouncing rebound and it just shot down off the ground which was really hard and bounced out of my reach and up next to an opposing attackman who got in the way of my next attempt to get the ball. was my first penalty in goal think it is the only one i ever took

best ive done is deck 2 kids to the ground. It was more of a tackle/crosscheck/push but i felt alot better afterwards. one of them was on a kid at least a foot shorter than me...ill try to post it

im a big fan of the lift and trip...i don't slash or check. I come to the outside of the crease and my long pole baits really well, get's him every time...he comes around the side, i put my stick on the ground and get a leg out...crouch down and when he runs into me...i stand up and he goes sailing.

not exactly a slash but.....the other day in my game an attackmen came off a two man pick from top right, the guy at right pipe lobbed him the pass right in front of the crease. he had to go to the hospital to get checked out for a concussion which he ended up having

this team i was playing would always put this midget atackman on me to ride me. so eventually i got fed up of this and after i had cleared the ball, continued my stick downward, smacking his head and driving him to the ground. no one came near me for the rest of the game

But Idon't really slash, but if there's a hanger coming down the field, i wait till they're about to catch it and them jab my body and stick into their hip. I shattered my elipse doing that.

One time at a scrimmage game last year an attacker checked the ball out while i was running down field. I turned and swung my stick and bent it to a 57 degree angle (we measured) over his bicep. he had a crazy bruise and i had a broken stick...all in all, not too great of a day

This isn't a slash, just a good story. An attackman drove from x and burned my defenseman, instead of calling for a slide i just jumped on him spider monkey style, took him straight to the ground. 3 minutes unreleasable. My best penatly yet.

my best of the worst was last years indoor season. there is not alot of space behind so when he came around on my left side, without much thought i just swung my stick sledgehammer/axe style right into his ribs. broke my head. my stick hit his stick though and i guess the ref didnt think it was unnessacary roughness so i got away with it and had to use the other teams goalie's back up stick to finish the game. lame but a good sport for letting me use it.

It was a summer game and there was this one guy who cuaght a pass about 2 yards from the crease I say the pass say the guy had no defender within 10 yards of him so I charged to try and lay him out but I was a second late so indesperacion I put my form and stick across the guys face (kinda like a closeline) and dragged him to the ground.

I only occassionally throw some slashs when a guy is comming aroung the crease but I do love dealing a mean body check... I one time laid this kid out so bad he went airborne and then cried.
