He never said no returns on his thread or when I bought them, and would not let me return them. When he was trying to sell them, he said they were legit polo shirts. Since he was extremely irresponsible through the whole communication process I asked which member it was and took matters into my own hands. I contacted the member who told me that he had already traded away the stick.... since he had gotten it so long ago. If matt had told me and been responsible instead of denying his mistake for so long i might have been able to get it back.... anyway.... i then asked him for the money back since he had messed up the whole deal. he said no and said that it wasnt his problem. I escalated the claim on paypal and they ruled the case in my favor..... only problem is that he has no money in his account and no credit card registered..... so they cant get money from him.... he refuses to cooperate with them for the refund and to this day paypal is still trying to refund the money. NEVER DEAL WITH MATT LARKIN.... HE IS AN IRRESPONSIBLE A-HOLE.

I was trading my X2 for his BN Clutch, we agreed on shipping at the same time and once he told he'd shipped, I shipped the same day. Well a couple weeks pass so I PM him about whether he's shipped or not. He said he did so I kept on waiting.

One month later I PM him and he said he hadn't shipped. I had a three way deal with drift20nr and odysseybmx where I would send odysseybmx the Clutch and $30 for his Superflys which he would then send to drift2onr with $15 for his K18s. So I tell Phish just to send the X2 to drift to cut down on time. He tells me he ships so everyone else (except drift) sends out.

A couple weeks later again no head. Now he's blocked me from sending him PM's.

After some heated discussions between me and odyssey we decide I can file mail fraud against Phish. Problem was I didn't have his address anymore. Anyways, I email him and PM tons of mods to pass the message along to Phish telling him to send the head to me or else I will file mail fraud and my dad who is a "chief or police" will contact the US authorities and get on his arse.

He buys it and sends the head. I just got it today, over 3.5 months later and it turns out he has used it (not badly, but he had used it).

Bottom line, this guy is a lying con-artist. Worst deal I have ever been in, the guy is a genuine skeeze-ball. I would highly advise anyone against trading him for anything, because he WILL scam you!

All you'll be able to do is file mail fraud. I would advise against filing it under false pretences (aka if you're making this up). AM17 is a respected member of TLF and if it's his word over yours, then most members will believe him. Sorry if you have been scammed, but criminal charges for a $60 head is a little extreme.

When I received the shafts, the "BN F-22" has very used, has old tape goo, and two dings. The "BN CU-31 Platinum Alloy" was a used cut down d-pole with dings and tape goo. I shipped the shafts back with the promised that he would send the shipping fees back to me. The shafts were delivered on 10-3-07 and I still have not received reimbursement for the return shipping cost. The UPS tracking number is 1Z1R5A000300103575. SO he go them. Can I make a suggestion for all the people trying to get a "deal" from some of these mail fraud trash. 1. Contact the U.S. Postal Police asap, with all of these scams, they can get to them long before you can? 2nd, With the amount of bad sellers out there, I think IL or the mods should just get rid of all posts selling and buying. Don't allow anymore for sale on IL. The wire fraud trrash will move on!

complete lie!! I sent him over 50$ thru paypal first.. and then another 15$ even though i was a much higher feedback... then he sent me the xbox 360, which was in good condish. I sent him a franchise like i told him, as well as a clutch which i told him, and an e3 instead of the torque because, as we discussed, was left in cape cod and the owners wont ship back to me. I also told him if the torque shows up i would send it to him as an extra.

I do not know where he came up with this stuff.

He sent two Harrow Incinerators to me first, and I sent my bionic promptly to him. He had given me the wrong address. I ask him for it again, he gives it to me, I ship it a second time, again it's returned. The third time he finally is able to give me a correct address, and he gets the bionic. I feel wronged here because it cost $20 total to ship, and that's by his doing. I explained this to him, and he said he'd sent me $20 cash. That was over a month ago. About two and a half weeks ago, after it was clear he hadn't sent it when he had, I told him he had two weeks to get me my money, and if it wasn't here after two weeks (by Sept. 5) I was going to leave him negative feedback, which I have now done. I'll consider taking this off if I get what I am owed. In the mean time, don't deal with this guy, he comes off like a good trader, but he's lied to me several times.

I sent him my Custom strung swerve, in return for a razer pro 2.0, and cash. He never sent either one, claimed that he got rid of the razer pro 2.0 at a camp he went to, and that he would send my Swerve back. This was in early August, he never did. I never go a p.m. or anything back from him, I tried to send him another one, and I was told that his p.m. box was full.

I am filing mail fraud on mmlax13 if I do not hear from him in a couple of days. So watch out, dawg.
