Bad Sellers/Buyers List ***NEW***

So there has been some talk about there being a new Bad Sellers/ Bad Buyers list so I now present it to you. I have made it to be as easy as possible for the members of the community to read. The other list is very congested and messy. It will be in alphabetical order, but I will just be listing the names at first and will be continuosly being editted over the next few hours/days. Please just stick with me while I perfect this as much as possible. Please post any users that I have missed.

This is what constitutes a deal gone wrong:

* Item falsely desribed.
* User never sent money for item that was shipped.
* User never sent item after money was sent
* User shipped at a later time than planned.



NEW RULE: Post The name of the member first along with the negative feedback point, the offense they made and what happened. Do not post in the thread if you are objecting to a feedback post, take it to PM's. Once again, if you think you shouldn't have bad feedback, PM the member who left it for you, DO NOT post in the thread.

He had a deal with some guy on here (I dont know who) who would send his answer to me but its been 2 months and i still havent recieved anything...

SO my big problem here is that sharpshooterFTW did not ship on time and i still havent recieved anything...

He said he never had one but when I said there was a ballstop in the pic, he said he took it off before sending. I don't see any reason for taking the ballstop off unless the head had been used for a bit and it wore down.

-1 for brandon303. we agreed upon 35 dollars and a de-rubberized deuce for a BN PP. after I received his end, i realized the check was in Canadian dollars, which I was willing to take the hit for since it was my mistake for not clarifying. Upon going to my bank, i discovered they charged a 20 dollar fee to get it converted to USD, making the end value 4.07 USD. I pm'd and discussed this with Brandon, sent his check back and told him to get a money order in USD shipped to me. He then proceeded to do so, but in CANADIAN DOLLARS AGAIN. Once again, same charge applies. This whole process took well over 6 months and all I am getting for my brand head is that used deuce and $4.07. Very frustrated.
I still don't understand how your bank would have to send a MONEY ORDER back to Canada and charge you $20. This is ridiculous. If you're that uptight about it, I'll send you $5 cash USD to compensate for the conversion charge. Even if it is true, there's no way a bank would charge $20 for sending a peice of paper to Canada.

When did random users become the judge, jury, and executioner? Im closing this thread to clean up all the BS posts that have been made in it regarding the dispute. The initial post reporting Phish as -1 will stay, but apart from that this whole last page has been crap posting.

I noticed before someone mentioned that they did not feel comfortable selling items. This is what i do. If the person is on the good sellers list i just send stuff right away, but if the person is not i wait until i get the money, or item before i send the stuff or money. I still send it but if you are not on the list then you should expect people to take caution.

I recieved the Gladiators via UPS some time ago, but unfortunately I had already broken the Evo Pro I was supposed to ship out to him. I realize that Meade has already left negative feedback for me and I probably deserve it for taking so long to respond. I am offering to ship Meade a replacement head and am retracting my -1 rating for Meade Lacrosse.


I am also, however, giving heed to those looking to trade with him. It seems as though I am not the only person who has had items shipped long after they were due. Although Meade did ship my gloves weeks after they were expected, he did try to make things right by eventually getting them back out to me. Ask him to ship first and things should be dandy.

Our deal was my Evo 2.0 for his STX Gladiators. He decided to include a third party in our deal to whom I would ship my Evo 2.0. In exchange he would send an Evo Pro to Meade Lacrosse who would then send the Gladiators to me. I shipped out my Evo 2.0 to the Evo Pro guy promptly and sent a couple BN pieces of mesh to Meade who said he had shipped out the gloves to me.

A week later I still have no gloves but both of my shipments were confirmed to have been recieved. Meade said he told his dad to ship the gloves out and would check what happened. A few weeks passed again and I recieved an Evo Pro in the mail. It seems that the Evo Pro guy got confused when he recieved my Evo 2.0 and shipped the head out to my address. Meade never informed him of our three way deal.

I talked to Meade and he told me that he went to the post office and found out that the gloves had been shipped to a post office near me and then sent back to him by mistake. A little hard to believe but I believed him. He told me that he would ship out the gloves again and I should recieve them in a few days. He also told me to hold on to his Evo Pro until I got my gloves.

Another week passes and I am still without my Gladiators. I am without any mesh and out an Evo 2.0. Luckily I have my Evo Pro for which I currently have no use. This deal has gone sour and it has been a couple of weeks since I last contacted Meade Lacrosse. I most certainly wish I had looked the other way on this one.

If by some miraculous turn of events I do recieve the gloves, I will ship out the Evo Pro and retract this -1 if the conditions are reasonable and I am allowed.

They arrived the next day. He said he would ship the swerve. 2 months of non responded messages and a fake tracking number a truth arrives at my house. I TRADED FOR A SWERVE. Then I get this message “pretty awsome suprise, got back and had to stop buy the post office, and they had my package sitting there (return to sender) so i need you to re-confirm your address:

My half got there but he said the post office in canada made him pay 50 dollars to get it after I already payed the shipping so said he was to broke to send for a while and havent been able to get ahold of him since. He was banned from the forums so it was impossible to get ahold of him. So yeah ive done a good bit of trading on here in the past a lot before the whole point system but I got screwed hard twice so far this year. Should I report this? I traded 1 of my heads for a db803 to cslaxplaya11. He looks like a good trader since he has 9+ feedback. We decided to ship on the same day and I shipped my priority 2-3 days. After I ship it he says that he did not get the chance to ship it so he will ship it on sat. After one week, I pm him back saying I have not gotten the item yet and he said that it was shipped back to him and hes going to reship it again. He says he ships in on sat and it still has not come yet. I have all his contact info, should I report him or give him a couple more weeks. from the beginning of the deal to today, it has been 3+ weeks.

I just don't know if I should wait longer or report him. He hasn't logged on for a week now since he pm'd me that he was going to reship it.

I gave him a past becasue at the time my foot was also broken so i had some apathy. In response to people who are worried of me scamming them, Please read this and all of the information on the bottom.

I have been away from the computer for a very long time, Much longer then I had expected to be. It all started when i broke my ankle and was hospitalized shortly for some minor complications that arose from my doctor not correctly treating the break and leading to an infection. Since i have an allergy to Penecillen the treatment took a little longer and i had to be hospitalized the whole time in order to avoid further complications. After that i thought i would be back online but that didn't happen because of a dispute i had with my parents leading to me leaving and having to find a place to live with friends for a few weeks. Beginning work and rounding out the last days of school were complicated enough before i had to run through this family situation.

So i am going to appologize for my extended absense, Secondly while being away i was unable to take care of some sales that had been started. For this i am both sorry and embarassed, I guess the last thing i was thinking of doing was breaking into my former house and rescuing lacrosse gear to ship across the country. My sincerest appologies go out to the members who i may have inconvenienced by this. The packages will be out first thing tomorrow as i had my oldest brother drop off the packages to my current residence. All packages will be delivered by this time next week. I cant afford to do express mail as im living on my own now, but i will make every necessary step to ensure the packages are delivered. The only thing i can say for my inconveniencing you is i am sorry and i hope the packages arrive to you in good time and you can forgive me for taking a month to ship out your packages.
