Mark Million, Will Barrow, A.J. Haugen, and 3 D1 players from UNC and Virginia that I forget their names. I was in fourth grade when Mark shot on me and I remember saving the back breaker shot. Will scored on me 3 of 5 I think and A.J. shot on me in fourth grade but he was a good guy and let me save one on a slow shot. The college kids scored 2 of 6-10? Fun experiences.

The only well known player I can think of that has shot on me is Katie Chrest who got two shots off during a game. There's probably been a few others, but none that really stick in my mind. Other than that I've played with and against a lot of the players who are going to top D1 programs and will be making huge impacts, so I've seen a few shots from the futures you could say.

Well, I haven't gotten shot on by anyone real big like most of you all seem to of had....but my coach, Anthony Kelly (Midie for Riptide), has a wicked shot clocked up in the upper 80s...and I had to get surgery because of a close one on my leg from about 8-10 yrds away. Then, almost all of the OSU attackmen have shot on me, including Brian Yonce (defenseman) with his pole and he gunned it (those were fun to save from a pole). But, no one like a Powell or a Gait has shot on me...my opinion, taking a shot from a college kid who shoots it a bit slower but has dead accuracy and guarenteed shot consistency is better than taking high blazers from pros who will not get large opportunites to shoot like that in a real game. It just makes more sense.

Last year our varsity goalie stopped 7/10 shots from Sean Lindsay who played for 'Cuse and now plays for the L.A. Riptide. Our other coach use to play indoor I believe, and stops most of his shots.

I don't play goalie, but I volunteered myself once in 7th grade to get shot on by Scott Hochstadt, and put 10/10 past me from 15 yards out.

i think this is a silly thread but the better half of me is giving in......
Kyle Washabaugh-yale (he said "i only shoot acuratley if i shoot fast" and he shoots mid 90's-low 100's)
Chris sanderson-canadian team goalie
Kyle miller-candaian team goalie
and then some kids that play for UNC and Loyola but the names are slipping my mind.

David Evans shot on me a few summers when he oversaw the Woodberry Forest VA, Lax Camp...it was the year he got the record...what a cool guy. He gave me a few really monster thigh bruises...probably the fastest shot I have been hit by...mind you this was like the first couple of years I had been playing...It wasn't too fun then, but lookin' back, it was worth it. Also I have been shot on by my dad, Dave Hargis...UNC D-pole from 1982 National championship...his shot sucks though.

Funny...Silcott was my high school coach in 1989, so shot on me many times, and I also used to play against him in the Sound Shore summer league in Westchester, NY in 1990-91.

Other guys - too many to recall, but no Powells, Gaits or Grants in that list. Hardest shot I recall was from the late Ryan Taylor, AA and All Ivy @Penn in the early 1990's.

More recently, it's been Josh and Jake Bergey, Dan Deckelbaum, Seth Goldberg, Todd Fairlie, Scott Kahoe, Tim Chryssikos, Mike Holloway, Jay Motta, Marc Young.
