Question about diamonds

Hey, I'm a 6th grader new to goaltending (and lacrosse in general) and I've got a question that will probaly sound pretty dumb to you guys ._. But yeah, what are the differences and pros and cons about different # of diamonds? And what kind do you suggest I use? Any anwser is great, thanks :thumbsup: .

that, and i have an ecplanation i can give before this is closed.

10d - very good hold but can have a lot of whip...doesnt last as long as other meshes from what ive heard

12d - what i use in one of mine. great hold and also a good throw, pretty durable...holds its pocket well.

14d - not hard to break in, has great throwing ability and average hold.

17d - somewhere inbetween 14 and 20d with capabilities.

20d - i also use this...has good throwin capabilities, decent hold, can hold pocket kinda well.
