View Full Version : Does this mean I have a warning?
What Hooligan said in the Posty thread got me thinking. Under my avatar, next to all of my posts, it says I have 1 warning in red letters. I know that this warning got deleted the day after I got it, and when I click show me my warnings it says I have none. But theres still that annoying red number.
Do I have a warning or not? Or is that counter just not on the same track as the actual warning.
I would have Pm'd the mod who took care of it for me, but I emptied my box and forgot who it was.

No, you no longer have the warning points active. I don't know why the number stays there, but the points for the warning are no longer active.

The warning stays there. Its no longer active, meaning you've served your sentence. But it alerts the mods to check past actions to find out if you're a repeat offender if you choose to break another rule. If you continuously break a rule over and over, you could get banned.
Thats what its there for, but since both of you have served your warnings, and have not gotten any new ones, you're fine.

It really bugs me to see my alert, it's kind of like a black cloud over your head.

Thats what I was worried about.
I didnt serve any warning, it was taken away. It was a misunderstanding. No warning should have been given, yet Im still a repeat offender? Do you see what Im saying?

So your saying that you were accidentaly accused/convicted...
I wonder what that means.

dont worry about it. if you had a warning that had been served it would be in your warning list, but greyed out. so if a mod takes a look at your list, he or she will see that you dont have any warnings. if it really bothers you PM snake eyes and he might be able to make it go away. its obviously a software glitch
