Ok, so do you want rivalrys or teams that act like idiots on the field, well anyways...there was this one game I played in last season that was pretty close, it was a long game..I guess you could call it a rivalry since it's always like that..yea, I guess we are rivals...then we also played a team that whinned alot, but it wasn't as much the team as it was the people in the stands, they would get alll excited when they/their team made a hit, even though they were just horrible hits, and they would whine and get all mad when we threw a hit, and we were throwing good hits that game, and oh yea, about the people in the stands, it was so stupid I have to say it, our goalie was warming up and he was jump roping so someone in the stands yells out "the jump rope competition was yesterday." I was like what? does he relise that jumproping isn't some thing that little girls do, it actualy does something for you.

we have two cross town rivals, White Plains and Mamaroneck white plains i missed the game due to the fact i was in Indiana for a family thing but when we played mamaroneck they were slashing like crazy and then whined when we hit them non the less its so much fun playing them cause during the game we fight but afterwards we were pretty cool, like their big defender and me are chill and played on the same summer league team, so morale of the story is ur worst enemies can be ur friends. I know im ranting but to add on one thing my closest friend and i are huge rivals in everything we do no matter what, football, lacrosse, video games, basketball everything but hey it just makes u better.

we also might have a third one this year, edgemont dunno if they are gunna be good they are a first year varsity program but they did have a good jv we'll see

I would have to say in Delaware, Brandywine has a couple rivals since no one else in our school district is competitive, Brandywine vs. Salasianum and B-wine vs. CR. But nothing ever dirty happens because you would seriously get humiliated, like no other time, by our coach and then probably thrown off the team.

Since our schools split to Smithtown east and Smithtown west. its just been a natural rivarly. But other then that i guess you could consider ward melville our rival because they are so close to us and it always a great game.

My school has a pretty big rivalry with the cross town team (but the school is less than a mile away..). It's unusual playing against them because I went to middle school with all the kids on the other team before my parents transferred me, and I'm still friends with most of the kids. I let the other kids get into it, I don't bother.

Monte Vista vs. San Ramon is a big rival. I think its big because its a cross town thing.

In Baltimore County,MD you have to include Towson Highschool Generals vs Dulaney Highschool Lions. Next to Loyola v Calvert Hall it is probablly one of the most heated rivalries in the state. Even if either team is having a down year you can never overlook that game.

where i live there are 2 high schools in the same school district. one of them is called North and the other South. so yeah, it's a slaughterhouse every time we play each other, although this year we've been killed in every single sport so far :( , but usually one year one school dominates the other and the next year it's the other way around, so it's pretty even.

Mccallie is our huge rival in all other sports, and they're not a rival in lacrosse cause we just started our program again for the first time since like '96..but maybe some day the lacrosse will become a rivalry game but its gonna take some time for us to catch up to what mccallie has goin on acrosse the river..but they are a huge rival in football, we have like a full week dedicated to that game, everyone puts huge flags on their trucks and paint up their cars and stuff, its pretty sweet..i heard this week that it may be the biggest high school rivalry in the nation

our rivals in pretty much everysport are the larger schools in the county. like CMW, Fallston, Bel Air, North Harford. all of them. we actually beat CMW last season, it was great. they just think they are better than us and look down upon us because they go to better schools. but when we lose to them it's not a big deal, but when we win, we go crazy. it's like that because we are the smallest school in the county (1A, and we actually have the lowest number of students), and they are the biggest at 4A. so, you win some, you lose some.

but our rivals where it's a close game is aberdeen. they are a 2A school, so they are bigger. they are just up the road from us and it's always a great game. in recent years for lacrosse, we seem to have been dominating the game. our record against them since i came into HS has been 6-0 against them.

I go to Gateway in Aurora, CO, and our schools rival is Rangeview, and its always a close game, and from year-to-year, it changes up who wins.

Even with all of that, our biggest rivals seem to be the teams we hate, yet love to play. Like Overland. Last year, us and Overland had a pretty heated game.

So with one rivalry, we just want to keep the schools name up, and the other we want revenge...its just a bloodthirsty battle.
