In every one's profile it says how many "referrals" that person has.
What are referrals? Are they good? bad? how do you get them?
Just somthing i have been wondering for the 6 months and 5 days i have been a member.

Referrals are when you have someone join this site. They put your username when they register. Thats all it is. Here is a thread talking about it:

There used to be some rewards or contest for them, I think. But that was before my time here, and Ive been here longer than everyone.
It would be cool if that was started again... cough *hooli* cough

No, I don't believe there ever was a contest with prizes, but my memory might be failing. Or it could've been before my time.

They are good, other larosse forums that totaly suck and can't get people to join use them as contests to get people to join.
It might have been me being bored and looking at the oldest threads still viewable a while back. I dont know

Referrals are really just there to show who referred the most people. They really aren't used as a form to get more members, but if you want to refer your friends feel free to do so!
