just wondering what kind of tournaments or leagues you guys are playing in this fall!
i just got my supernova schedule for this fall & we have 4 tournaments ..
1. the fall classic at the ustc in downingtown
2. gmu 7v7 fall festival at gmu in fairfax
3. woodson showcase in fairfax
4. turkey shoot in annapolis
i personally love the fall classic & turkey shoot [my 3rd time to both] but i've never been to the woodson showcase or fall fest. anyone else going to these?

yea i went to the woodson showcase. pretty competative, the fields are nice, and its played at woodson high school. you aren't playing the turkey shootout at oakton? oh wait.. that's for high schools. jk jk! GMU.. i had SO MUCH FUN when i went like 2 yrs ago!!

Just playing w/ my girls team ... we don't do any tournys that I know of (at least we ddin't last year) We're just saving up this year mainly for our spring break trip down to St. Thomas. If we do have any tournys, I'll let ya'll know

oooh, the woodson turkey shoot is for high schools, & not club teams? i never knew that. maybe i should get my high school to go? hmm.

no no! the woodson showcase... is for like club teams and what not. but i'm talking about the oakton turkey shootout which they have every year. try going to oakonlax.com and click on turkey shootout. its for club and high school teams. lots of fun!!

I went to Turkey Shoot & Woodson Showcase too. Both were fun but I had the best time at Turkey Shoot cause we had a good coach. The weather was not the best but what can you do!

lol sumsum ..turkey shoot weather sucked last year! haha. it started lightning 5 minutes into our playoff game, so it got canceled. :\

Aw that sucks! Yeah at Inter-National Draw this summer we had games cancelled because of bad weather messing up the fields. We literally played in like a "lake" once but it was still fun and we still would have played. Our coach, Cathy got really pissed off at the organizers cause of how they scheduled us.
