all preference, since when you are clearing a high pocket won't have quick release on a d pole, you can have a pocket anywhere

low pocket...a high pocket it meant for shooting, but the low pocket will give a defender great hold and unbeatable realeses.

i like mine in the middle. just like i did when i was a midi. i think low pockets aren't so hot looking. i mean, your stick should be both awesome and aesthetically pleasing.
