ok, well i have bad vision, and i ahve glasses, and they are getting annoying, so i tried contacts, but they are unconfortable at frist, and i am too young for laser correction, so i found this site.

im not sure at all if it works, but my dad that had bad vision said he did some of this stuff on the site when he was a kid, and it worked.

i didn't read it but no, i doubt that you can make vision better by doing what ever it says.

As for laser surgery you should wait until you turn 21, thats when the eye stops growing. If you do it before 21 then your eye keeps changing and you develop problems again.

I would say stck it out with contacts, it took me a while to get used to mine but since i have i have been more then fine.

i heard about some girl who couldnt see in 3d or somthing, and she did exercises for it everynight and she can see fine now

she couldn't see in 3d? I'm pretty sure since the world around us is 3 dimensions, she could see it. you mean no depth perception.

I asked my doctor about this kind of stuff and he said it can work for some with a specific type of vision problem but it won't work for most.

get used to contacts same thing happened to me but now with contacts ur perifial vision is better than glasses and the other time seems like it would take to long to be good for lax season

I dont wear my glasses at all to much since I can see ok without them. It was wierd how they gave me glasses and I can see ok sometimes but not writing very far away. Those things can work if you do them right and enough. It relaxes your eye muscles and can definatley improve vision.
