2006 Mann Cup DVD - is it available?

I know that AWSV.com vidcast the Mann Cup this year and that they have sold DVD's of prior Mann Cups. I am looking to purchase the 2006 Mann Cup series on DVD but can not find info anywhere on the Internet as to whether it is available.

AWSV.com has the vidcasts archived, but I'm not interested in watching the games on my computer, one period at a time. I'd like to have the whole series on DVD.

Anyone have any info??

Wasn't there some issue about the ones from a couple years ago? A bunch of people never got theirs.

I think I remember seeing an ad for this year's somewhere.

I'm surprised that you are still able to watch the games online, period by period. It's been 3 months.
