i feel like such a newb asking this, but how do yall put shooters in your monster mesh? i have been using traditional and custom for so long... and before that i never used large diamond mesh. i am currently making a move back to mesh due to a much tighter schedule and need to spend less time adjusting, but my shooters keep sliding around in and either producing mega whip or shooting very high. how do i fix this? i know enough of yall use monster mesh and havn't heard much complaining about it so maybe its just the way i have them.

currently they are three straight stuffed laces that are woven. should i wrap them? what should i do?

You're not going to like this, seeing how you went with 5D to save time, but it's takes some time to get shooters on wide mesh to work for you. I've had good luck weaving them a little too tight and throwing against the wall to work them out and tie them off when they are the way I like them.

I like wrapping them on my 5d but weaving works too.

well... it's probably because i stuffed them then... oh well...

i understand shooters take time, they do on any stringing. i was just askin for some tips. it took me about 2 weeks to get shooters on my mesh-x perfect.

k what you do is you take one half of the string and you weave it inbetween the 5 hole row and the 4 hole row and then you wrap around that it's pretty simple and it keeps your shooters in place very nicely

Cloo's got the right idea, at least for weaving them. On normal mesh you string the weave along 1 row of diamonds. To do it for monster mesh you have to do the weave across 2 rows of diamonds. That way the shooter is held in place and cant move. If that doesn't make sense then I'll try and explain it better.
