East: In general:
Should be an interesting year with expansions in both Mississauga and Caledon, and the loss of Awkwesasne from the Far East. I cant see Mississauga or Caledon being very good this year; depending on what division they are put in they will probably be giving away easy wins. With Awkwesasne leaving, the Far East will be left with only 3 teams while the Mid East already has 5 teams, the South East will probably be taking Mississauga giving putting them at 5 teams.
Divisions:
Like last year, the toughest division has to be the Mid East. Here are the most teams so far, and here the competition is the tightest. Only Huntsville was the noticably weak team in 06. In 07, I can only imagine that this division will get stronger with teams like the Saints and Gaels starting to develop and mature their aging teams. The South East will weaken with the Buzz losing a lot of their team along with their head coach and with the addition of Mississauga into this loop one can only wonder how weak this division will be. The Far East will probably be the worst division by far this year. All three of the Far East teams were sub-par at best last year and this year probably wont be much different.
The top teams (not in any particular order):
Gaels, Saints, Mimico, and Barrie.
THE LOWDOWN:
Basically unless some other Jr. B team in BC or out in the Western conference pull some crazy ****... the founders team in 07 will be from the Mid East division.
FOUNDERS CHAMP: Tossup between Gaels and Saints.

Caledon's application was turned down so there won't be a team there. Milton, which played in the Eastern Conference last year, will be relocating to Mississauga so it's not an expansion team.

And to add, Sasne is going with Jr. B and A

Predicting the Jr. B standings each year isn't really that hard, let's face it. There isn't much movement in the standings. Usually one team moves up and one moves down. There usually aren't too many surprises.
