hey guys i was wondering what Divs theese colleges are in and how one would go about trying to gain a scholarship or a placement for an internationl student at one of theese colleges cheers also which states they are in

They are all D1 colleges except Adelphi which is D2.

Delaware- Newark, Delaware D1

visit their websites by just doing google and stuff. theyve got loads of information on their websites for that kind of information im sure. if your looking to play at those schools, you could go to their athletics websites, fill out their recruiting questtionare, or find the coaches email on the website and email them, just saying your interested and all your info etc.
