What gets you through the holidays?

Christmas time is great and all but we all have to go to some kind of family function or bad christmas party but what keeps you guys from dieing of bordem? For me its christmas marathons, ive been addicted to the star trek voyager marathon, and i believe there is an arrested devolpment marthan on christmas eve, plus of course the christmas story marathon.

my grandpappy (who i had the misfortune to never meet) made his eggnog in a bathtub with 7 different kinds of booze....glorious.

lacrosse and skiing, the thought of gettin to finally see my girlfriend and stuff for the 21 and over crowd and im not 21...opps.... i skied 7 outta 9 days (the other two were arrival and departure days) in utah and that kept me away from the the family all day. it was glorious. lax and booze are self explainatory. and well i havent seen my gf in like 3 weeks. long distance relationships suck, but are worth it if youre with the right person.
