How long do your hard mesh pieces last for? I'm talking when the actual mesh rips, not sidewalls or top strings. I have been going through mesh at what I think is an alarming rate, ie every 6-8 weeks or so. Is this natural? It never used to happen, but I am practising alot more (and harder) than I used to.

i had some monster mesh that lasted maybe.... 7 weeks! but trust me, this thing had endured 1 stx camp, in which time it had rained the entire week (and trust me 9am-9pm playing lax, in pouring rain will fcuk up a pocket real good), 1 week of va weslyan camp, and weeks of constant wall ball... trust me, that thing got messed up good....i'll try and get a pic if i can
was it warrior 6 diamond or brine monster mesh? warrior will rip pretty easy but brine is good and durable.

Ive been using the STX soft mesh that came in my profile all season, and its not busted or even really wearing yet. I played pretty hard every game, it's gotten really muddy and wet at times. Is this normal?

if it is really ripping that often you could string the sidewalls with nylon shooting string. The thicker the string the less the mesh will rip there. Try it out. It works for me
