starting this year

hey guys i need some general tips, anything reallie. im a beginner to lax, always followed the game, but ive played baseball in the spring and never had a chance to play lacrosse til this year (im 19). if anyone can provide me some basic tips of playing positions and line changes and whatnot, basically what coaches are going to expect me to know, thatd be much appreicated, thanks in advance.
