i think it would be something like velocity over distance between you and ball. something like that.

i just did a reflex test over the internet 10 times and got the average. not sure how accurate it is though

Or you can have someone hold a yard/meter stick, drop it, and you try to catch it as fast as you can. I will get the deffinite calculations for that on the 4th..

I think I remember it, its the velocity of a falling object, which is,
9.8 m/sec^2

divided by the number that you caught the meter stick on [start on 0 for the meter stick]

That isn'ta good judge of how good your reflexes as a goalie are. That tests the reactions of your finger... whereas a goalie needs good reactions in his whole body. A guy who spends 10 hours a day playing Halo would probably do better on that test than a good goalie...

I got a response time of zero seconds on that thing. I promise you. But it was like once in 20. My other ones were like .234 or something. And I dont play halo or any computer games. And ya that doesnt have much to do with reflexes for goalie.

Okay, I think it has been made quite clear that this test will not determine skills. Not to mention, it has nothing to do with being recruited, so I'm closing this...
