Im a sophmore this year and would like that play at the college level but prob wont be D1. people always say you should just email coaches saying your interested in their program...is this so? kinda seems like sucking up...any older guys who have done this lemme kno if its something you should do and how you should go about it....and by the way what are some average DIII DII schools? thanks and good luck

unless you're amazing, the only way for coaches to find you is to email them. you need to generate some interest from coaches by letting them know that you want to play in college. just go to a school's athletic page, find the coach's address and tell them about your grades, your stats, any awards or team accomplishments, and just tell them a little bit about yourself. go to www.laxpower.com to find some dII and dIII schools.
