alright so i'm string my pp with an rp
the channel turned out beautifully and i'm starting the coil...only problem is that i can't get the string by the leather because of the small holes :bawling:

i've tried everything from pencils and pins to needles etc.
so is there an alternate coil that people do on primers and pp's with small topstring holes??

please help i need to finish tight

take out the white thready filling on the inside of the crosslace. then try to get it through.

Eh...my primer can fit the coil string through very easily...Just melt the tip of the string, and grab it with your fingers and pull it so it forms a sharp point, and put the tip of it in the hole, then you could grab it with needle nose pliers to pull through...

My question is...Why are you doing the coil directly after the channel?

well you could not do a coil or invent some other way but, like kingdawgell said take out like 1-2 inches of the inner thread like things ? they might be called nylons also and just cut them or try and loosen your leathers a little

I've taken a drill and just shaved away a little bit of the top on the topstring hole on a head once. Didn't cause it to reak or crack at all, jsut do it a little bit.
