all righty, Most frequent viewers should know what i am posting, but for those of you that dont...
here is a sniper that i recently pinched and restrung. I will be using it for faceoffs this season. its strung with soft but i might go with semi hard later. Head is 100% legal and so far has been working great. The pinch didnt turn out perfect but whatever. I am open to any suggestions or comment you may have and ill probably have more pics later.

that thing's mad cute. is it flexible? do you think it'll hold its pinch? that's actually one of better fogo heads I've seen.

Its at a perfect degree of flexiblity for me. It might loose its pinch, but probably wont. I boiled it and i have a method that generaly works

Wow, I love it. If I were using it, I'd move the shooters down a bit, but that's only because I clamp the ball a little lower in the head. What move(s) do you primarily use?

I've seen many a sniper destroyed by the Face off X. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that thing is going to be jello in 3 months, tops. The scoop especially is prone to warping on draws. If oyu look at the contruction the sidewalls are very solid, but the scoop doesn't have early as much support as the sidealls or throat.

Snipers were meant for attack play with the offset CRO2 shaft...then that shaft snapped into splinters and the sniper went along with it as one of the last great straight heads.

It will serve you well for a time, but it will become as rubbery as prophylactic soon thereafter.

That would defeat the purpose, now wouldnt it?

And way to highjack the thread, Quaker.

The SNIPER looks good, but im just not partial to straight heads. Love the pinch.

Sorry for the Highjack. I am not a frequent poster at all, I will go back into silence. I actually wasnt paying attention when I posted here, I thought it was the FO thread to end them all, but I got here off a link. Signing out.,,,

i plunger with it normaly. It is fantastic.

I'm also mad to here about the warping, but ill make it last as long as i can.

also the sniper has lost just i tiny tiny tiny bit of the pinch over the night but its all good now.

thanks for all the posts guys. keep em coming.

Looks pretty faceofftastic to me.

I may have to go and but a straight head for that occasional faceoff I take. (Since I'm not a fan of warping my helix.)
