Now that the bowl games are over, who is you pick? It's never too early.
I gotta say USC, the were absolutely dominating at the Rose Bowl and return virtually their entire team. Definetly the team to beat in 07-08

They have plenty of enough talent to replace whatever they lose, which will not be much at all. They will be the preseason #1.

1. Florida- Tim Tebow is a monster.
2. USC- Pete Carroll says that incoming freshman are the best class hes ever had.
3. LSU- Dominating D equals national championship contender.
4. Boise State- basically guaranteed to go undefeated.
5. Texas- McCoy comes back, most definitely have a better year.

Wow, I was unaware you were on the team. Thats really cool. Congrats man.
I don't think he's actually on the team. I think it's more of "we" in the sense of cornhusker nation or nebraska fans, ya know?

PSU!!...well hopefully well be ranked.
anyhoo, i think USC will come into the season over-hyped and both starting recievers are gone so here goes:
1. Florida (Tebow is an animal)
2. USC
3. Texas (McCoy wins the heisman)
4. Michigan
5. LSU (D-Fense)

1. Flodia ( Because Tebow is amasing)
2. LSU (if QB comes back for senior year and because D is dominating)
3. WVU (Because RB steve slaton returning and QB pat white returning)
4. USC (Pete Carroll is best college Coach in America and they have good recruiting)
5. Arkansas ( because darren mcfaden is a hiesmen contender and if they make it through the SEC they could be national campionship hopeful)
Notable mentions to:
Texas(colt Mccoy at QB)
Louisville (with Brian Brohm at QB and WR Mario Uritia and Michael Douglas)
Michigan (QB is gone but they still look alright with RB mike hart)
Wisconsin(only had one loss and have most of starters back)
Auburn(tuff conference but have shot if they bring back their juniors and they dont go pro)
Oklahoma(Adrian Peterson is likley to go to draft but may have an alright team)
and
Boise State(they lose QB zebranzke (sp) but cupcake conference and RB ian johnson)

Florida for sure they have tebow, harvin and you saw what they did to ohio state (the undefeated team). They embarassed them and if you can do that you should definatly be the team to beat the next year.

LSU's QB Jamarcus Russell already declared himself eligible for the NFL draft

WVU will be good, as will florida, usc and michigan
with chad henne, michael hart and jake long coming back next yeari think michigan MAY be able to win a big game
-but then again i thought theyd beat OSU and USC, and we still have lloyd carr so who knows

USC also had all freshman and sophmores this year so they have to be good...seeing as they won the rose bowl this year...but i hate USC and i want Rutgers because they are nasty. even though it will never happen

i dont know how anyone could not put usc in the top 2 at least there whole d is going to be back and booty and the whole offense...and i heard mark sanchez there back up qb is so good

slaton grew up a maryland fan, wanted to sign with md, would have been a commit right off the bat...but fatboy friedgen said we had too many backs...dammit.

i think it will be usc but i think the national champions next year will be michigan
jkolar20
01-13-2007, 12:14 AM
michigans defense was a joke in the bowl game and will be even worse since they graduate almost all of it...but my school has a guy that is likely going to start on the offensive line next year as a redshirt soph so i cant hate on them

1 USC
2 Michigan
3 Flordia
4 LSU
5 Boise State
I think it will be Michigan and ? for a nation championship. I leave a question mark cause its up in the air. USC is good, but thay lost to two un ranked teams this last yr, and 1 loss could leave them out. I say possibly LSU, but its a longshot without their starting QB comeing back.
