here is my problem. i ordered a bunch of jima mesh in about september. i got the box of stuff, and that included a piece of royal blue 8D mesh. i decided not to stretch it, because i wanted to use that in my winter league. i went to string it up yesterday, and the mesh was just aweful. it was extremely soft, and not hard at all. i tried to use it, and it didnt perform well at all, (and whenever i string my sticks, i can get them to throw however i want). It was like having some 8D soft mesh. I was wondering if jima would let me return the mesh and get a new one, or if its to late for that. keep in mind, i only used it for one shift, and than switched to a different stick because the mesh sucked.

I guess email them and ask. They're customer friendly :agree:

That doesn't matter. You would probably ask for a new piece too if it was crap

hmm i would give them a call then they seem to be cool about returns and problems with their mesh. or you could shoot them an email.i guarabtee you thy will give you free mesh and you prob wont even have to send the 8d back to them.

I guarantee you that they will happily send you a new piece of mesh for free, and you will not have to send the old mesh back. It would cost them more in the long run if you had to send it back to them.

Well maybe not happily, but they will do it with no trouble at all.

Well I think you're doing the right thing to do by getting what you paid for but what Matt Larkin probably means is, why go through the hassle? It's going to be a long, annoying, boring process and you might as well just get some new mesh anyway.

well thats why we all love jima because of there great customer service, but why not just order some new mesh while your at it? it would make having to wait how ever many days it takes for them to ship to you worthwhile

8D... I personally like ANY of my mesh soft... When I order diamonds, I ask for it to not be coated...

As LvIlLeLaX asked, did you keep it in the heat? Is it possible you got a bad batch?

Are you really going to complain? You know they're great people and every little dollar helps them achieve world domination...

They give freebies for 2 reasons I think. 1. There just awsome people. And 2. they know every batch isnt going to be exactly consistant with all the others. This is all in my opinion. Honestly I wouldnt go through the hassle.

Riddlebox... :whyme:

... send them an e-mail if your going to be a major butt(yes, its immature, but thats all I can think of) about it and they will most likely include something extra with your next order.

I ordered 10 pieces of mesh and they were all crap, instead of wanting a refund I supported the business and just posted that the mesh was bad. They posted that they were switching back. Problem solved.
Mods, don't warn me for this post. I am just stating my opinion. I have 3 warnings because I stated my opinion

thanks alot gigo. im not gonna be a major butt, but i think that they would like to hear about this. as good a company as they are, they would love to get feedback. All good companies like to get feedback wheather it be good or bad, and good companies like to help solve the problem that the customer has. Jimalax is an amazing company, and everyone says they have good customer service, and i know that they would like to hear feedback on their mesh if it was good or bad. I am just letting them know that the mesh was bad, and was wondering if i can get a new piece. I paid for it, so i think that i deserve a good piece. If you went to a bakery, and bought a deformed donut that tasted like crap and paid 5 bucks for, would you want a refund??

mods you can close this thread if you please, i have already made my descision on what im going to do.
