I am trying to figure out how to make my computer talk when i type something. Micheal's computer did on the episode of the office tonight. I am using Windows. I'm not sure if it can be done with Windows, but if it can, can someone teach me how to?

Just go to the Start Menu, go to Control Panel, and then go to Sound, Speech, and Audio Devices and you should find it there.

There you go, it will literally say whatever you want, it's hilarious. And you should be able to control how fast and slow he talks. But its in a monotone voice.
