Maybe you aren't washing out the conditioner enough. Or, try skipping a day of conditioning, see how that works. Also, what brand shampoo and coniditioner are you using?

I'd try washing your hair with a bar of soap once to dry it out. Or get head and shoulder. I love the stuff.

Here is something i found on a website:
"A little oil or grease in your hair is normal, in fact you need it to keep your tresses in good condition. But too much can make your hair look dirty and limp. If both your hair and scalp are greasy, make sure you are not using a shampoo or conditioner that is too heavy for your hair. If only your scalp is greasy, try using a shampoo for oily hair and a conditioner for dry hair for balance. "

and here is something else:

"Care for oily hair is similar to dry hair: massage the scalp during shampooing to exfoliate, then work the shampoo through from root to tip to cleanse properly. Use shampoos for oily hair, containing amino acids and natural cleansing agents such as lemon juice. Try washing hair every other day or twice a week rather than daily to see if it reduces oiliness. (For fine hair that is oily, washing on a daily basis is recommended.)

When conditioning, use one that is specifically for oily hair and only apply to the ends of the hair, rather than the scalp and roots. Conditioners add moisture to the hair, but since sebum (oil produced by the scalp and skin) is a natural moisturizer, its usage can even be eliminated."
