when a ref checks cleats what are they looking at? thank you. i searched "cleat checks" btw.

Ensure that cleats are not longer than 1/2" in length.

If you use FedEx you can have the cleats back from the lab and to the field in less than a week. :agree:

i have never seen a referee check cleats before. but im going to say that no metal spikes are allowed.

i have the nike super speed detachables and you can hear me comming just like the under armour ones and i actually like my super speeds. their a little expensive at $90 but they are well worth it.
