hey...

as a face off middie I read all the tutorials I got here in the forums about face offs. I helped me a lot in my game but I don'T know how to place my foot right for the face of.

I got the "special" problem, that I sometimes fall over to the front over the line after the whistle and loose the face off through that. so i think it has to do with my foot placement because i am good conditioned and trained and have a good feeling for balace. another thing is, that i learned all the moves and techniques from tutorials and videos, because we don't have a REAL coach and the player who coaches us has no clue of face offs.

i hope you can help me with that because i want to get better and push my FO statistics!

thanks for your help! :worship:

I like to place my feet shoulder with apart. Some people keep their feet straight facing midfield. The other way is to keep your feet angled toward the ball.

Hi Insane-laxer, my recommendation is to ask John Mask from Frankfurt to work with you....he's always willing to help.

ok i'll ask him if i'll stay in frankfurt next time! but thats really difficult because i live in duesseldorf and i'm only playing against him when i meet the guys from frankfurt... (I faced against John in our games...)

has someone some pictures of face-offs for me to look at the right stance and something?
