You need to see a PT specialist.

Seriously you need Physical Therapy. Longpole is right. Im shocked that they have not told you to go to Therapy. Nobody on TLF is a doctor or a specialist and can tell you exercises that you need to do to get flexibilty back.

As others said physical therapy, but for the time being, try to get a soft stressball and squeeze it repeatedly

we have a crow bar thing thats in the shape of a shaft and I have it around the house and just cradle with it and practice just like basic movements, (switching from right to left, etc) and I mean it's not heavy to where its gonna strain your wrist its just right. After a few days of having that around your stick feels like a feather. Which mine already does considering I use a torque. haha that and another wrist exercise to try is one I learned from a hockey training book, you take the end of a hockey shaft or just something about the length of a ruler, tie a string on to it and attach an amount of weight that is somewhat hard for you, then roll the hockey shaft in your hands until the string has brought the weights tup to your hands. Try 8 reps and if your wrists aren't burning put on more weight. Hope this helps.

those are decent excercises in general, but in this particular instance, he needs to see an ortho, that is, hand, specialist. It is imparitive that he gets full range of motion back before he tries to do too much strenghening on his own.
seriously lacrosseman192, get in for a consult.

sorry about being harsh., i'll clean it out. but this is really the kind of thing where you have to read. you are dispensing advice to otherwise impressionable people.

take a two foot long piece of pvc pipe and drill a hole through one side of the middle. now cut a piece of 5foot rope and tie a 10lb weight on to one end of the rope, and tie the other end to the pvc whole. now coil the rope and lift the weight with your forearms as you hold your arms strait out form ya body

Video games even... there was a story about it in EGM a year or two ago I think. A man's ps2 helped speed his recovery drastically.

Masturbating? Make sure you use both hands though or you'll be jacked on your right side.
Just kidding. Wrist curls, Reverse curls, reverse wrist curls, grip excercises, etc.

i broke my wrist towards the end of 2006 and am now more or less back to normal, ify you PM me your email address I'll send you the sheet of excersises from the Physio I'd also recomend a powerball and a metolius gripsaver (both of these are rock climbing training aids and you can find them on the net no problem) the powerball rebuilds the muscles in your wrist with a gyroscopic action, the gripsaver works your hand strength

i have to do pull ups with the back of my hands facing me.
That's how you're supposed to do pull-ups. Doing it with your palms facing you is called a chin-up, and its alot easier.

The best way is a stick with a string attached to it ... i would reccomend using an old lax shaft. You want it long enough so that that your arms are shoulder width apart. Drill a hole in the center and tie a weight to the bottom of it. If you can't find a weight, then you can use an empty gallon jug. Just fill it with sand until it is heavy enough and as it gets easier you can add more sand.
Tie the string through the hole on the lax shaft and down to your weighted object. The weight should hang down to the floor. Now, holding your arms straight out from your body twist the shaft (like you are giving someone an indian burn) so that the rope begins to wrap around the shaft. Continue until the weight is at the top and then reverse it.
You will look like Popeye in a month. Happy lifting
