When is it worth getting the penalty

Currently playing in winter leauge, indoor, There are no body checks. But when do you guys think its worth getting the penalty?

I would say in a `1v1 situation with the goalie, if you have the chance to lay him out do it. 1v1 95% of the time goalie wont stop it, but in a man down situation your chances improve.

if some guy keeps giving cheap shots to people and you know he just isnt a good guy, do it, but only if you can get him square in the chest and totally lay him out. "sex check" him. hit him so hard that each of his legs goes the sides of your body, then slam him backwards into the ground.

If theres a kid who's just being a complete (profanity) to everyone, and you have a good chance, then I saw thats the time. Just lay him out, hit him as hard as you can. Even though there is supposed to be no body checks, when we do the ref still doesn't call ti a lot in indoor.
