Hi im a new player, i am just wanderin, i am in pretty good shape- not over weight at all. I play foot ball but due to school switches i missed a season and during that time a hardly ran any(alhtough i still ate right) . well the whole point of this post is that i was wandering if it is unusual that all of the other lacrosse players have more stamina than i do during wind sprints and drills.

lacrosse is definitely as intensive sport. By midway through the season you will be able to keep up with them, and feel a great difference in your endurance.
it isn't weird or absurd that they are more conditioned when you didn't play a sport for a while.

its not weird. its just that you didnt work out/run like they probably did. dont regret it, just push yourself that much harder, and maybe not even midway, but soon enough you'll be up to speed with them.
