I recently read this article -
http://www.webmd.com/content/article/96/103849.htm
I irritated my ulnar nerve while playing lacrosse, and it just occurred to me that improper grip could be causing this. The nerve only gets irritated after I shoot. Anyways, I was wondering what the proper way to grip your shaft is?
note to mods: I don't think this is a medical discussion thread, because I'm not asking for medical advice, I'm asking for advice on gripping a stick. If you think it is please just delete it, I don't need another warning.
