I'm in grade nine, love field lacrosse and want to go to a camp this summer, any suggestions ? Just started playing field lacrosse, but have played box lacrosse nine years, I'm from Canada. Looking for high caliber camp, any help would be great. looking for camps from midwest to east coast. thanks

Has anyone gone to the Bucknell Team Camp and what do you think of it? Does it help?

If you're looking for instructional camps, try Trilogy lacrosse camps run by Ryan Boyle and Rob Lyndsey +more.. It's a very, very, very good gamp and you will learn a lot.

Yeah, I also went to Penn State Camp with a few of my teammates...It was pretty good. I didn't learn much and the competition was decent, but i had alot of fun

Are there any good specialty defense camps? We've got a brand new player who we've just placed at D and he's showing great promise... but want him to learn D from the best...

I haven't been to the Millon Camps but have heard not to go to them. I went to Cardigan Mountain Lacrosse Camp in New Hampshire which is a great instructional, however the talent of most of the kids is equivalent to most recruitment camps. Warrior lacrosse camps are great developmental camps. Greg Canella's All-Star lacrosse at UMass, and most College camps are great developmental camps. Just stay away from the camps named after Pro players, you won't learn anything.

If any of you are wondering about good camps to attend check out the reviews on these camps or ask around.

well personally i think it depends on whether you want to get noticed or get better, camp types vary for each situation

the army camp is very nice, lots of one on one instead of the typical camp-style line drills for 2 hours then listen to a lecture. GO ARMY BEAT NAVY
