Hey i was wondering what kind of cleats i should use soccor or football cleats ill prolly should go with football cleats but i want a light and low cut cleat not worried about ankle support if u can give your opinion or thoughts tad be great

it kinda depends on what position you play ary cheap. depending on how much quick movement cuts you do. I being an atttackmen use low cut soccer cleats with medium cleat length. I like em because they are light and are chrome and very cheap

the nike vapor jet td's are really nice and light. i have them now and are the best i have used. yes they are football cleats but you cant tell when you're wearing them.

After your season, you will see that somthing is wrong with them. I sugest Nike super speed D's with metal tipped spikes

not true, any time ive heard people talking about hypersonics falling apart they were the molded kind.

and mercury type soccer cleats are super light, no support, but you can barely feel them on your feet

I personaly saw the sole of a hypersonic detachable fall out during game play at a camp. The cleats were a season old

In my opinion, soccer mcleats are only really well suited to middies. Defnsemen and attack are always making quick repettitive chnages in direction. Football cleats were made for that kind of thing. Soccer cleats can hold their own, but football cleats are a little more durable IMO.

Soccer cleats are okay, i use them myself.
I have a pair Adidas Telstar's.
Those cleats have a kind of rectangular traction cleat, it's great for changing directions, the cleats really eat their way into the soil.

i just ordered the black/white pair and the white/blue pair from eastbay..it sasys they are on backorder until the second half of jan.which is now...
