its meant to be used with the cs 10, and i think if you put it on a normal stick it would be a "reverse" offset

where you live?
anyway, i think the head is designed so that it cancels out the 10 degrees. in other words, it is "offset" forward. its not meant to be used with anything but a cs 10
It's sort of like this -

So technically, The x3, k18 and Kannon are the only heads known that are 'Onset', The bend foward, and the shaft bends down.

I think there are a couple older heads that are "onset" (I know it's not actually a term, but we all know what it means), but basically, yeah.

Onset means bending forward.
Offset means bending down
Straight means..Straight..
I don't know of any other Onset heads.

Yeah, I know. I think it was 3pp that pointed out that offset just means off centered, so technically a stick that is bending forward is offset too (or something like that), but whatever.
I'm pretty sure there are one or two heads that started out offset and ended up onset.

The bionic is actually one of the two normal STX heads that is illegal with the CS2, because the ballstop is tilted offset.
The CS2 is compatible with any STX head besides the Primer, Bionic, and any crankshaft specific head.
