This is a question for all those playing at the college level. What is it like making the big move from high school to college...not just lax wise but academic wise to. also how much more benificial (sp?) are practices, how much cooler is it to practice at nice facilities, and if your sponsored what is that like. sorry I dont know if this is in the right forum or if this is acouple of stupid questions but im just curious. :bye:

College is a test in time management. I would say that courses are harder and more involved. If you're used to not doing all you work or reading in high school, it might be a tough transition. Be prepared to work, and go to class! If you go to class you have a leg up on your peers, plus depending on where you go, attendence may be mandatory.

Practices vary depending on where you go. How tough, how long, all that is different. If you come from a good program you'll find that practices are just as intense but last for a longer period of time. If you come from a bad program, don't stress out, but you may be in for a culture shock.

And getting to use top facilities hasn't gotten old yet. Free equipment is always nice too.
